For all who read this and don't know, i live in Denver and the past couple days the different "news" programs have been reporting on the "Body Worlds 2" exhibit that i know has been to a few cities already, including Chicago. Which I dont know what it is about Denver but the city's reaction to this exhibit has astonished me. The news has been reporting about how controversial the "Body Worlds 2" exhibit is because of the use of preserved cadavors, which when it was in Chicago it was received as being very educational and had a big opning at the Museum of Nature and Sciences there...This almost reinforces what I have grown to feel after spending almost a year at the Art Institute here, and that for the most part people here wouldn't know good art if the were looking at a Monet, a Renoir, or even Pollack because they're too worried about the fresh powder in the mountains
